Payment protection insurance advice

Background to problem first. I'm a self employed sparks. Been having a nightmare 3 years trying to get paid or even get full time job working for some one at anything. Have a credit union loan which i was paying ppi on. I was struggling to make the repayments on this loan due to unreliable payments coming into my account. After searching numerous sites etc i found that most employers were looking for someone with 3rd level qualifications. I decided to return to college then last year to try get my degree.

Now for my problem. I decided that rather than missing payments etc or not paying full ammount i decided to make a claim on the ppi. Problem is the insurance company are only willing to pay out once a number of conditions are met. These are: (1):Complete copy of my accounts for 2010 (which requires my accountant doing it early) (2):Letter from revenue stating i have ceased trading(only sole trader so can only get confirmation of de-registration for VAT) (3):Letter from CRO i have ceased trading (4):Letter from social confirming i am in receipt of dole.

Now i have no problem doing 1-3 however because i will be returning to colllege in september i wont be in receipt of benefit and even if i had signed on in may it still wouldnt be completed now.

What i need: Some advice on what i can do. The letter form the social needs to be signed each month and a letter from the college verifying i am in college and in receipt of a grant will not suffice. What do i do? Sign on stay on dole and forget about college or emigrate and hope i can get a job or is there a third option.
