PC loses power

    Hey all,

I'm having a bit of a weird problem at the moment. My PC seems to lose power for about 1-2 seconds and then resumes maybe once or twice a day. It is completely turning off, like a power cut and rebooting immediately. This has happened to two computers in this room now, with the current one I'm using having it's power supply replaced (along with a new graphics card) So in total, two computers/three power supplies and same power problems.

I recently redecorated the room which meant that the computer was transplanted to another. I noticed that the problem stopped, in three days, there has been nothing. As soon as I moved back, it started again.

I thought it might just be a problem with the sockets in this room but the only thing that seems to get affected is PC's. All other electronics work fine.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix/diagnose what's going wrong would be great, thanks.

You could get an UPS, if there's bad power in the room it will protect them from it. If there is bad power in the room you really should have one.
