Just watching on BBC1 now - emotional alright.

Had to chortle at the bit where McIlroy was sitting at the homecoming event at the kiddies table eating a slice of pizza - he actually looked right at home

Just watching this back on the Sky+.

Interesting to see that his parents have been thru the same work ethic as was the McIlory's.
They did everything for him before the turned professional.

Thought this was only ok. Agree with Rory and the pizza! Had a little chuckle when DC was saying to McIlroy that he would have the Claret Jug alot more than the once he had it with McIlory responding that it would only happen when it wasn't windy.
