    hi,

My partner is claiming JSA for both of us and he just got just got a letter from SW today. Basically they need to know if he still meets the criteria to claim JSA. The letter was accompanied with another 2 pages of 16 questions including a section to list all jobs that my partner has applied.

Has anyone got this kind of letter bfor? cuz this is the first time ever he got it. A couple of months ago, he also had a letter to attend an interview with FAS, so I wonder if FAS letter is usually followed by SW letter. I also wonder if they send this questionnaires because Im applying for BTEA? Would this be classed as routine check from SW?

    thanks for helping

I presume what he got is a up19 this is sent out to people to review their work efforts....as when you are claiming jsb or jsb you have to be seeking work, so any jobs he has applied for just write them down and any written replies he should photocopy and send back and if he has emails applying to recruitment companies print them off and send them back with the form.

dont know what hatch you should go to... depends on how big your local office is... if its only a small local one the you will just have to queue up.
