    Gas safety certificate,
Does the landlord have to legally produce one of these to someone who is renting, Its just i never received anything like this, and before i go asking the landlord i want to make sure that it is in fact a legall requiment, There seem's to be nothing wrong but id prefer to be safe than sorry, :)

I don't think its a legal requirement. However, it is advisable to have boilers checked / serviced - they suggest annually. Ask the landlord when the service is scheduled for.

    A BER certificate is required.
