    Hi,

My plan is to do 1 or 2 10km races before the years out and I have been doing some build up training over the last 3 months, my weekly running is upto 40km and cycling 70km.
I want to start to introduce some speed work to my running training maybe once or twice a week down the running track so do i bring my weekly milage down and focus on low milage and higher intensity and next question is do i stop my strength training until i finish my speed phase or just focus on core and strength over the winter?

    Thanks.
