Bought phone online - no receipt

I bought a new phone last week from the vodafone online store last week and I didn't receive a receipt in either electronic or hard copy format. I've tried emailing them and posting on their forum, but got no response.

Next step is to ring them obviously, but before I do I want to know are they obliged to give me a receipt? The reason I want it so badly is that my boss said I can expense the cost, but can't do it without a receipt.

VF and all network providers would have no problem issuing a receipt by post - give them a call.

I had a fault with my phone recently (HTC Desire .... second time its been sent away for repairs and I only purchased it 31Dec2010) - anyway - point of the story is one of the shops asked for the original receipt and phoned the original store where purchased and they posted out a receipt.

are you 100% certain that the email address you entered was 100% correct?

I find about 5% of email adresses are entered incorrectly - simple things such as the "m" left out of com etc etc.
