I was just wondering what the story was with them and if there's anyone here that can vouch for them if they say its 4 star or 5 star.

    Thanks

We go to London at different times throughout the year. We use Secret Hotels. We have never had a bad deal through them and were always happy.

You select which area you want to stay; book the Secret Hotel and once paid by Visa you are immediately given the name of the hotel.

Then check the internet prices for deals the hotel is offering and you will see that your "deal" is cheaper.

What I usually do is specify what star I want (i.e. 4 star or 5 star), then pick a secret hotel, then check out the number of tripadvisor reviews it is said to have.
Then I go on tripadvisor and use the same search parameters. The number of reviews is usually in or around the same, sometimes the number of reviews is marginally more on the tripadvisor site (like it hasn't been updated on the last minute site).
    Hasn't let me down .

Fyi if you copy and paste the description into google your search will more than likely show up what hotel it is based on peoples prior experiences.

I did this last year and worked out the hotel I was going to be given, Hilton Docklands. Got a great deal although its a little out of the way if the tube is off for maintenance.
