    Hi,

    I'll be starting a contract IT job soon and need to incorporate. I'm looking for a company that can setup a limited company for me, and do the books. I did this a few years ago, using a company (who shall remain nameless), but I don't want to use them again as they were atrocious. The company that I setup previously was closed down a few years ago, so I need to start again from scratch.

    I'm looking for a company that
    * will maximise my retained earnings (legally)
    * is reliable
    * can take care of the monthly accounting/paperwork and the company formation

    Most accountants can do those three.

    Hi - I would give a strong recommendation to www.lynwood-resources.com. They do all taht you mention (and some) and don't charge silly prices but do provide an excellent service. If I can suggest you drop Joe a note he'd be more then delighted to chat with you and let you know the in's and outs. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
