Registration is required through e-mail and for time reasons I don't want to ask them what their e-mail address is. Is there a quick, easy e-mail set up I can use to register an e-mail address. G-mail is a pain in the holio…

do you have your own domain? set it up with google apps and give them an account each. quick and easy setup for each account after its initially setup.
