So my ipod touch needed to be restored as i hadnt updated it in at least a year and a half so when i restored it obviously there was no music etc on it, when i plugged it into the usb port i thought it would sync automatically but thats not the case.

When i insert it into the usb port, on itunes under the 'my devices' section it just has 'iPod touch' and when i click into it, it doesnt bring me into the tab to select sync or see what type of media is taking up what memory like it usually does. So now i have a perfectly restored iPod, but with no music  Anyone any ideas?

I want to put some music on this before i go away on friday so any help will be greatly appreciated :p
