Exam results for international students

A friend of mine haven't gotten any of her results ( forensic psychology i think) yet and she needs to know if she passed her core classes so she can finalize her fall semester. No response from the international office, and she even emailed her home school to no avail. I'd email the registrar but I've no idea who that is…

A friend of mine haven't gotten any of her results ( forensic psychology i think) yet and she needs to know if she passed her core classes so she can finalize her fall semester.

No response from the international office, and she even emailed her home school to no avail.
I'd email the registrar but I've no idea who that is or what the email is

right now her BPC grades just state "Study abroad: Incomplete" and she has to apply to grad school soon and needs the complete scores.
