how much a clutch cost for a 2000 yaris?

    hey lads/lassies...
    just recently ive noticed that when i go from first to second and lift up off the clutch and put down on the pedal...my car sorta revves like its in neutral and the kicks into gear and the same thing kinda happens when im going from second to third and so on...
    upon asking a few of the lads they are convinced that the clutch is on its way out.....
    so my question is does anyone know what kinda dollars i would have to pay for a new clutch (or a second hand one) for a 2000 1 liter yaris..

    I'd say between 3-500 depending on where you go, one of those clutch specialists likely to be around €300, if you go down the main dealer route it could be closer to €500. 2nd hand would be false economy as the labour involved to put in a used one would not be worth it.

    Yup, sounds like clutch is going alright. No point in a second hand clutch.
