Just a quick question. Is it safe to have a gas boiler (bord gais rather than bottled) in a bedroom? Friend is renting apartment with this set up.
    Thanks

Room sealed appliances are permitted in bedrooms, but I would always recommend fitting a carbon monoxide alarm within 3 meters of the appliance at high level just in case.

Make sure it is checked and serviced regularly (yearly)
