Can it be done in 2hrs? My bags are being checked all the way, I am getting the flight connection bus to the central connecting place but I have read you have to get a train to terminal 5?

Doing this myself this Sunday and have 1 hour 40 mins to play with.

The Heathrow site is telling me the following:

    http://www.heathrowairport.com/portal/page/Heathrow^Gbl^Heathrow^General^Airport+information^Flight+Connections/a843b88b45b2e110VgnVCM10000036821c0a____/448c6a4c7f1b0010VgnVCM200000357e120a____/
Welcome to Heathrow. On leaving the aircraft please follow the signs for Flight Connections.

A dedicated bus will take you to your departure terminal. They are free and depart every 6 minutes.

let us know how you get on!

i think buses only run between terminals 1 - 4 and you must get a train to terminal 5.

If you land on time and walk with intent, you will make it with time to spare.

Buses also run between Terminals 1 & 5 and are very frequent, 2 hours should be fine once your arriving flight isn't late. Get to T5 as quick as possible as you have to go through security again and depending on the time of day it could be pretty busy.

I have done T1 to T5 (via train, not bus) in less than 30 minutes. But it involved a lot of running and a bit of panic on my part. My experience of T5 security is its usually quick, so it shouldn't delay you there.

I did this connection before and took me 30 minutes, Got off the back of the plane and a bus was waiting, It dropped us at the bus terminal and after a 3 minute wait the bus for T5 came and that took 15mins.. I don't see why people go mad about the heathrow connection, Its the easiest connection Ive done :)
