Hi Anyone know of pregnancy yoga classes in Sligo town? I know there is at Ard Nahoo but its too far too travel for me. Thanks

I'm going to a great pregnancy yoga class in Ballisodare run by Anne-Marie, if you contact Avena Leisure in Ballisodare they'll put you in touch with her. It's on Tuesday nights at 7pm. Very popular class, really worth while!
