I have been offered the Higher Diploma in AppSc Software Design and Development in NUIG and the Higher Diploma in Applied Computing Technology. It has been a few years (11 years) since I was last at college and I would like to hear from people who have done these courses. The course I would like to know about the most is NUIG based as it nearest to my home. Specifically is there a significant Mathematics element in the modules, I have no problem with working hard but I am rusty on the Mathematics. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
