Docking/charging station for Sony MP3

Your best bet for a docking solution that includes charging would be something made by Sony. I have seen lots of products for the iPod but none for Sony.

For a dock that just plays music via speakers, there are a lot to choose from. One of the best is the B&W Zepplin (it has a 3.5mm input for attaching MP3 players), but it is quite expensive. A lot cheaper but still highly rated for sound quality is the Klipsch iGroove.

If you search on amazon for 'sony dock' you might find a product that will charge your device.

Thanks for your help, It drives me mad that ipod have the monopoly on mp3 market, so many people i've talked to say the ipod isn't really all that great. I have heard the sound quality from different mp3's & the sony is much clearer than the ipod. I'll check out those links too. Thanks again :)

Glad I could help. I don't agree about the sound quality from iPods.

They got a bad reputation because the bundled ear buds have been garbage and a lot of people have mistakenly judged the iPods sound quality as poor because they used the stock earphones when listening.

I use my iPod with a hi-end hi-fi and really good headphones and it is indistinguishable from a good CD player. The same would go for my phone and your Sony MP3 player I suspect.
