What are the basic things to start off with that your kitchen has to have etc. to be approved. eg where and how to store equipment, flooring, what bits do you need to have eg hand cleaning, drying etc.
Can anyone list stuff they have had to do with their kitchen, are you allowed other people in there whilst baking or how do the rules work when it comes to a domestic kitchen.
If someone could even list the basics, just something I've been thinking about kitchen needs a few jobs that still need doing.

There are loads of posts on this in the Business section, do a search there and you'll get lots of info. Each county interprets the rules slightly differently so you're better off just asking your local EHO, or people could tell you things here that turn out not to apply to you, etc.
