Question about Cod4

    Just want to know is CoD4 hacked on xbox and to what extent? Is it literally every game that is hacked or is it just a rare occurance? Just wondering as I might buy it for xbox.

    Last time I played it was too hacked to enjoy unfortunately. People were constantly hacking it in 90% of the lobbies. All the crap that comes up on the screen is really annoying and it just makes the game horrible to play imo.

    Ok thanks, I wont bother getting it so. Thats unfortunate. Its my favourite game of all time :(

    People advertise their hacking websites on the left side of the screen in bright writing. That's about it at the moment, bar the occasional speed lobby. So you could buy it if you can put up with the writing. It looks like this:

    I'd have to say that it isn't too bad, I'd say normail lobbies V hacked around around 3:1 but even then it is mostly just the crap on the side. You will get a few games with people going off maps on appearing on building where they shouldn't be.

    The one thing to note is the standard of play can be crap, and I mean REALLY crap. Put a silencer on a gun and you can go wild, put a silencer and UAV jammer on and it can just be ridiculous. e.g. I went 46-7 on a game of team death match last night on Bloc while using both and I'm only an average player at best

    I might try pick it up on eBay cheap someday. Its just a shame they wont patch it.

    I played COD 4 online for the first time today, did the campaign a bit back, and I have to say I really enjoyed it! I'd be more inclined to play COD 4 to blops tbh. I think its just the simplicity of it I like. And sniping is great! I was in one lobby with the bright writing but overall it was fine and I won't be playing any other cod for a while.
