Thought the last album, Saturdays = Youth was a superb record and this seems to further that amazing sound.

This is the first track from the new album Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming.

    http://soundcloud.com/m83/midnight-city

Sounds really good, impressed from the first lesson.

    Love this band.

    Nice!

A couple more months to wait though, an October 18th release date.

Anyone seen these guys live since the last album? I can't stop listening to these guys now, just amazing. They're playing a pretty cool venue called Somerset House here in London soon but it's been sold out ages ago.

Yeah, I saw them in London last year not long after the album was released.

They're playing Brixton Academy in November. It'll be their fourth London date within the year.

Big jump from playing in Heaven to Brixton Academy over the course of 12 months.

The new album has been a massive success.

Seeing them on Sunday at Body & Soul festival, looking forward to it but their set is only an hour.

M83 are great, I discovered their album 'Saturdays = Youth' about six months ago during a period when I was travelling between Galway and Cork a couple of times a week. I'll never forget that solitudinous moment of being on the bus at night, pitch black outside, staring at the album's cover in a dimly lit seat, listening to 'Skin Of The Night' for the first couple of times.

    *Sigh*

I'm yet to listen to 'Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming', I'm looking forward to it.

That's very disappointing. :( I had half considered forking out for a B&S ticket (plus transport, plus tent, plus food/drink) just to see him but am glad I didn't if he was only given an hour to play.

I see he's playing London in November. I'll be living in England by then so might pop along to that instead.
