    Hi Guys,

I'm kind of in a situation where I have to move family to Kilkenny however have a good job in dublin.. Very indifferent at the moment with the decision, following are some factors convincing me

    Good
1- My rent is going down from 1225 a month in Dublin, down to 300 a month [300 due to possible sharing with a family member].
2- My utilities will be shared
    3- I feel I can save atleast 700.

    Bad
1- It will take 1.30 hours [max one way], door to door to my job in dublin15. Might cost a Tank of Diesel per week i.e. 80 Eur. [80*4= Euro 320 a month]. It's a company car :)

Not sure if I should make the move, thought to post it here for a Sanity check... Thanks for any feedback

any one commuting at the moment has any feedback....

Where in Kilkenny? Are you underestimating the amount of fuel needed? What of the Newlands Cross upgrade? Tolls?

Sounds crazy on a daily basis. From where to where? Must be a hell of a long distance seen as you can easily get all the way from Dublin to Galway now in 2 hours and literally cross the country!
