For the assurance intake there is a computer training day on the 17th of October and then 2 week induction starting the 25th of October.

Hi, does anyone know what the situation is in PwC regarding holidays during the first 3 and a half years? Are holidays cancelled out by study time for CAP exams?

Also are employees given time off in lieu of overtime or how does overtime work?

My friend works there. You won't be able to take leave from October to April (except for Xmas week) as it is their "busy season".
You will get 22 days annual leave. Then any overtime you work you can also take leave.
If you are doing exams, you get the days of the exams off, the firm gives you so many days off (neither of which impact on your 22 days annual leave), and then you have the option of taking off an extra few days which has to be funded by yourself - either by using your annual leave or your overtime leave.
If you have loads of overtime worked up and you have some left over after funding your study leave, you can use your overtime to take your days off.

    Good luck!
