ELECTROLUX (integrated) Fridge Freezer problem . . .

    We have an eight year old Electrolux Fridge Freezer, and the fridge has stopped cooling properly, the freezer continues to freeze OK, but the fridge (now turned up to Max) is only just working and the fridge is too warm . . .

    PS: There is ice forming on the back wall of the fridge area above the top shelf, and the thermostat seems to be clicking in and out as per norm, might it be a faulty Thermostat? or something else?

    Model No: Electrolux Fast Freeze ER 8034 I (integrated) Fridge Freezer.

    could be low on gas

    completely defrost the fridge turned off overnight for 24 hours
    restart and check it then- if there is a red switch at or near the thermostat dial make sure it's switched off

    I have a similar problem with my electrolux fridge freezer just wondered if defrosting for 24 hrs did the trick.
