I could be wrong, as I havent had a close look at it, But there is something very similar parked just off the main Road into Tralee. About 300 yds back from the Manor roundabout up a side road to the right.
Its been there for at least 4 weeks with what looks like a Jack propping it up and a rear wheel missing.

Maybe somebody near Tralee could check the REG and if nothing else, rule it out.
