Beans in Naas

Following a short lurking period I took the plunge and placed an order for a Hario Skerton & Clever Dripper from Sweet Maria's last Friday (15/7/11) thinking that I have a couple of weeks to source the beans.

Well they arrived today 19/7/11 and bearing in mind that the 16th & 17th was a weekend I think this is amazing.

Anyway I'm all revved up now but NO BEANS

Does anyone know if there is a brics 'n mortar seller in the Naas area?

    Tks in advance

sign up for a hasbean inmymug subscription. the freshest beans and the cost of postage is nothing compared to the premium you'd pay for the same beans in a retail shop, or the cost of petrol getting there.

If you don't mind me asking I'm curious as to why you have ordered a hand grinder and dripper to be delivered from the US - surely the postage is insane?

The main reason I went tothe US was to get a dripper. I could not source one anywhere else. Looked at in this context the figures were pretty good

    1. Grinder $40
    2. Postage $42
Total $82 or say €57. The same grinder here is €49.

So I paid €8 for the dripper - which I felt was good

Tks for the hasbean inmymug suggestion

I second the In My Mug subscription, it has served me incredibly well over the past year. Also this is an incredibly exciting time to be getting one if you take the dive. Steve has an incredible array of new coffees being released over the next few months
