How often do you lie on Boards?

Just in relation to a (locked) tread over in A&A where one poster asserted that he was wheelchair bound after a leg amputation last year, only to be caught out by another poster and then to subsequently admit he was telling a lie.

Now, personally, as someone who has a very close friend that lost both his legs, and has a father who is partially disabled and probably SHOULD be in a wheelchair only he's too bloody stubborn, I hope karma comes along and takes a big chunk from the liars spinal cord, but i'm wondering how often do you lie on boards? And if it's a regular thing, are there some lies that are off limits?

Maybe the poster in question had his leg amputated at the time of posting, but subsequently had both legs... I think its unfair to judge...!

Last time I lay on boards I got a stiff neck, so I prefer to lie on a mattress.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

why you so bothered about peoples e-reputations? its not like he said you were wheelchair bound after being sodomised by a donkey.

nobody should care about whats said on an internet board.

So you wouldn't think that someone saying that they are in a wheelchair just to try to score e-points isn't disgusting?

The poster in question, when caught out in his lie, tried to justify it.

As to the question re. lie's well I once stated that I was 6'1'', but I'm just a tad under 6'2''.

No. Frankly, I am not that caught up with people I don't know. I do not issue e-points to people and I can promise you, I would not lose any sleep over someone I didnt even know having two legs or not.

Degsy is actually a massive fan of U2, and can often be seen in pubs doing air guitar to many of their better known songs.

This is not a forum to bring up what goes on in other forums, albeit trolling or lying, even as a part of a question.
