    Hi guys, I recently got in reach broadband on their 5mb down, 1mb up package. I find the service ok at best, in the mornings its fine, but i have to work and rarely use it, but in the evenings its shocking bad, i get reallybad speeds and ping : 1391369804.png and i also find im getting nowhere near the speeds promised to me. im living in fenagh and im wondering does anyone know when eircom or upc or even digiweb are going to be available in this area?? i need at least 3mb down for gaming and i need a stable connection to use it! im getting neither :( it sickens me to see 100mb broadband from upc be available, to live only 10 miles outside carlow and to be offered nothing!! only other dervice provider in area is aptus, we had them in old house and had trouble with them too! i must be cursed or is there anyone else out there experiencing the same problems with this ISP???? please get in touch!!

    just want to add im even getting packet loss!! i dont know what to do ive had this service less than two weeks and im not a happy camper!! advice?? 43798032.png 1391381475.png 1391383093.png these tests were carried out at 10pm monday evening ... hardly what id call ''peak usage time'' . absolutely ridiculous a company can advertise speeds and fail to deliver them so spectacularly. there should be a law to state you have to advertise a MINIMUM speed, not a maximum. that would sort out a lot of problems.
