If a car was crashed and wasn't repaired properly would it pass the NCT? Like if I ran into another vehicle and wrecked my front bumper and then got a brand new bumper then it would pass but what if there damage to the underside of the car. If it was strained or something that would affect the driving. Does the NCT take these things into consideration?

Depends if the tracking is out etc. but the simple answer to your question it yes, they would and it would have to be repaired properly before it would pass.
