    Thank you for your email.

I have reviewed this issue for you and I can confirm that your bet has been settled correctly.

In regards to the Meath v Kildare game the First Scoring Play was from Kildare who scored from free. Subsequently as your bet was placed on Meath your bet has been settled correctly as lost.

I've been on the phone to these people and received this mail.. What next?

Cian Ward scored the first point from a free... Anyone that watched the match knows that..

    Suggestions?

I didnt see the match but from reading that report it does appear that Cian Ward opened the scoring.
Do you mind posting a screen shot of your bet (without the monetary figure if you chose)?

Email them a screenshot of the match report on the GAA site.

"However it was Meath who opened the scoring through an impressive free from Cian Ward. He was all of 50 yards out on the wing against the breeze. "

    Jokers.

I had a similiar problem with Paddypower recently, involving 1st goal scorer in a hurling match. They settled my winning bet as a looser, I went onto live chat explained the problem and gave a link to a newspaper report which had my selection listed as 1st goal scorer.

Bet winnings were in my account within a couple of hours

Can you ask them to clarify why it was a loss?
(Looks like a mistake from Bet365 and surprised they are taking as long to settle or didnt get it right in the first place)

This will be a problem with their results supplier - I'm sure theyre not trying to screw you. The agents you have spoken to disputing the result, will be assuming that the results they have are correct.

Ask to speak to a CS manager, and direct him to the following link

In reference to your enquiry, I can confirm that bet ID QS98733201WI All Ireland Football Championship - Meath v Kildare (First Scoring Play) Meath Point From Free has now been resettled as a winning bet.

I suppose they can get things wrong now and again, but you're right, a standard apology wouldnt go amiss.
