What's this plant?

    Hi All. I'm doing a project on species richness in a deciduous woodland against a coniferous woodland. I've managed to identify most of the plants I came accross except this one.

    It's the largest one with the shiny waxy leaves. Could anyone tell me what it is.

    I think it may be Bugle (Ajuga reptans) They spread by means of runners.

    I just looked up Bugle on irishwildflowers.ie and I reckon that's what it is. Thanks again for your help.
