my job seekers benifit ran out so i have to wait for jsa so i applied for supplementary welfare allowance. i recieved the letter saying i could get it. it told me to collect my first payment today and there is no sign of it in the post office. i called the post office in the mornig and again in the evening. what department…

this happened to me aswell and it turned out that the supplementary welfare people put it in the post office closest to them, not the post office that i specified closest to me.

i checked my letter and all the details seem right including post office location
theres no contact details on the letter. ill call into the social welfare office tomorrow and see what went wrong.
