upc multiroom cost??

    im currently with upc and have a package of tv and internet,,
    Does anybody know how much extra it would cost to get multiroom with just a standard box?and the installation charge? thanks

    havent looked at the link but it was 5 euro a month and a 90 euro installation fee if you need an engineer!

    5 euro per month for standard box
    8.75 euro per month for + box

    Once off fee's:


    50 euro fee for installation of point in room ( if not already there )

    40 euro install fee if done by technician

    20 euro install fee if completed by yourself

    Does that 8.75 include the box xFrosty?

    The mother just got off the phone with them and she said they quoted her an extra 18.75 to upgrade to digital select with multi room.

    Edit: Never mind, the extra cost was for an upgrade to the actual TV package.

    One thing about UPC, if you call twice you will get two different prices!

    'From' 5 euros per month which includes the box, it remains the property of UPC. The actual price probably depends on how many channels you want. That's for the non-recording box which is what I assume you mean by 'standard'.

    Do it yourself for nothing. The instructions come with the box and there's a special phone number included in the instructions which gets you through to the self-install help desk.
