Always happens when I have time off. I've basically become nocturnal. Any advice on how to normalize my sleeping pattern?

Drag your lazy arse out of bed at a respectable hour and do stuff during the day so you'll be tired at a respectable hour.

Same thing is happening to me. Off for 2 months in the summer and going to bed around half past midnight and struggling to get up at 11. But don't feel too bad. I think for me,this is possibly my normal pattern. We are all conditioned now to get up early. But this is not right for every single person on the planet surely.I am definitley a better night person and not terribly good in the morning. So maybe it's the same for you?Don't worry, go back to bed and relax.

There you go OP, that's it in one sentence. Stay up til 5am and get up at 9am, you'll be bollixed by 9 or 10 that night and you'll head off to bed!

Your body needs routine. Go to bed at the same time every night and get up the same time every morning. The first few nights may be hard but after a few days your body will slip into the new rountine and you will reap the benefits.

Make a list of what you are doing nocturnally.
Start doing these things during the day.
Hopefully you will catch up with yourself.
