    Hi All

    I have an interview next week with O2 for a HQ based role - anyone know what type of intereview they do? Go through CV type of competency based?

    What questions asked?

    Competency based interview and you'll probably have to do those verbal/numerical/reasoning tests

    yep pretty sure helimachoptor is correct re competency based questions.

    I would imagine they would have told you if you were going to have any tests although that was definitely the norm a few yrs ago. Did they say there would be testing?

    From what i've heard and i know VF is the same, unless you pass the interview they wont ask you to do the tests.
