Galway Pride Meet-up: Are you interested?

    Hey, I registered to see if anyone here is interested in a Galway Pride meetup this year? Apparently it's on August 20th (Saturday.) I know Galway Pride has its issues and, in my experience, doesn't normally be up to much but a few years ago a big group of us went to it and had a great time for the day.

    I'm also looking to meet other Galway gays around my age (I'm 25, so 18-35 I guess?? If that's ageism, then I'm ageist.)

    Anyway, if there are even a handful of people interested in getting together for Galway Pride and having fun out'n'about that day (and night), I'd be up for organising it. Register your interest below (if it exists) ;)

    Aren't there always 2 Galway prides? That seems odd for what is a very small city, if even one! :D I heard the other one is in early September!

    I've never been on the scene in Galway - could be interesting!

    Not really interested in the politics of it all lol. I'm really just thinking about a group of us getting together and enjoying the day, drinks etc! The more of us the better! :)

    Neither am I. I was just saying! Unfortunately I won't be in the country on 20th August for Galway Amach Pride.

    When is the Galway pride on this year??Been to the Dublin pride twice and london one and it was brill!!!Love to give support to my new hometown :)

    Well i probabaly would 've been interested but i don't drink :P
    but i dunno i'm thinking about going to it anyways, see what it's like etc it would be a new expierence for me to be in a place full of LGBT people
