I've got a stadium that fits around 3,000 people and I managed to get the team to the Championship. My highest transfer budget has been 4 million so I've had to work with free transfers and loans quite a bit.

I love it when a player I got on a free turns out to be valuable.

These players are all starters in my team too so that's not bad going.
