Jewel Quest Heritage-Puzzle piece missing

    Hope someone can help. I'm slowly working my way up the Jewel quest Heritage board and the last piece of "Francisca De la Cueva" has not appeared. I've started playing two levels above this but need to complete her section. I've checked all the games prior to her to see if I haven't completed a section but all seems complete! Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

    What exactly does N & F mean? Obviously I am very new to this area and thought that all manner of questions might be answered throught Boards.ie. Forgive my ignorance!
    Although my account is two years old I have not used this area much over the last few years due to other commitments.
