Eircom Connection dropping

    Lately my Eircom web connection keeps dropping for no apparent reason. Sometimes email still works so net connection must be ok. ( I think)
    Wireless works but LAN connection to router drops.
    So it's just the web connection via LAN that drops
    Maybe a conflict in settings???
    Can anyone suggest how to solve this problem?

    I have a zyxel ADSL modem router. Desktop PC connected by LAN and wireless laptop.

    Changing browser does not solve the problem. Nothing obvious in Control Panel settings. I'm running Windows XPP

    I have contacted Eircom Broadband support but they have not been able to solve the problem
