    Hi there
Not looking for any legal advice but just info if anyone would know.
    Basically
You wanna get married but have a judgement passed against you for a loan,if you do get married would the poor husband be made to pay off the loan too?
If he bought a house could judgement be passed on it??
Thanks so much in advance :)

No and no are the answers to your questions.

The judgement is against you and not him, not his problem in the slightest.

As he is only name on the house the judgement in your name cannot be attached. If it were joint names then yes it could be attached. Bear that in mind for the future.
