Exactly what are you looking for?
    1. Someone to certify bank stage releases and carry out final certification.
    2. Someone to help with tenders, advise on trades, works, materials, finishs and budgets as well as bank releases and final certification.
    3. Someone to take a brief, carry out working drawings, details and specifcation. Help with tendering, contracts, trade appointments, schedule works, sign offs and certification.
The difference between 1 and 3 will be several thousand euros in fees.

    surely you mean good value?

From experience anyone here will tell you that a cheap anything is usually no good.

You would be best advised to get a few quotations.

Yes cheap wasn't a good choice of words lol good value is what i ment. Im looking for someone to advise on the foundations and marking of the site and someone to sign off on the various stages of construction. The banks are not involved i would be hoping to build it in stages at my own pace and i will be dealing with all tendering, contracts, trade appointments, schedule works etc.... All drawings and planning etc.. are already done.
