05 Volvo S40 2.0 Diesel has problems starting

Started last week, Engine is very rough once it starts, then after a running a few minutes, it smooths out and runs fine.

A trusted mechanic looked at it, and got injectors tested. One was a bit weak. He put them back in and car ran fine for two days.

It won't start today at all.

Just wondering if anyone had same sort of problems ?

    Thanks in advance

sounds like could be air in fuel lines, would have your mechanic check for this next.quite common for seal to fail on pipes and they let small bubbles of air into system.

Cheers. Got car to him and he agrees it sounds like it's got air in the system. Hopefully he'll get it sorted tomorrow

Easy to see if its air in the system.

Just pop off the engine cover, look at the fuel line and see if theres bubbles when you rev it.

Check the hose is clipped in at the points around the fuel filter, if its not it can vibrate and leave air in.
