Sync iphone on new laptop

Got a new laptop recently, and have been trying to add new music to my iphone, but can't work it out!

The device appears in itunes, along with the library, however it wont let me add music to it.

Anyone have any ideas?

if you synced it with another itunes previously it will delete anything already on the phone
download sharepod and copy any music on the iphone to the new laptop and then sync after ya add all the music to itunes,

theres one or 2 ways to set up music syncing, ya can go to the music tab and check the sync music box, ya can sync it all or else check the box that says sync only ticked music

other than that if you go to the summary tab and check the manually manage music box ya can just drag and drop in itunes

either way will need you to sync beforehand and before doing any of the above right click on the iphone in itunes and click transfer purchases
