Anyone have an idea when barring replays etc what dates the All-Ireland football semi-finals will take place or have they even been set yet. Looking at GAA website and can't find them.

    Sunday 21st August
    Connacht v Munster

    Sunday 28th August
    Leinster v Ulster

Assuming all provincial winners win. If provincial winners lose quarter final, then the team that beats them play in their place.

Interesting to note that since the qualifiers were introduced in 2001, there has never been a year where all 4 provincial winners have appeared in the semi finals. Here are the provincial winners who have appeeared in the semi finals.

    2001 (2) Kerry, Meath
    2002 (3) Dublin, Armagh, Cork
    2003 (2) Tyrone, Kerry
    2004 (2) Kerry, Mayo
    2005 (2) Kerry, Armagh
    2006 (3) Dublin, Mayo, Cork
    2007 (2) Kerry, Dublin
    2008 (1) Cork
    2009 (2) Tyrone, Cork
2010 No Provincial winners qualified for semi finals.

Just goes to show that the system that was in place pre 2001 was a lot kinder to weaker counties
