Goodmans FTA hd+ satellite receiver problem

    Hi everyone,
    I have the above satellite receiver which I have had for over a year now. While there has been a few issues with it from the start which I have managed to live with, it has now developed a problem which is more difficult to tolerate: Sometimes it fails to record a program which I have set to record. The message 'Recording of program failed due to no start signal being received' appears on the screen.
    It seems to happen more often with HD channels.
    It is also intermittent, on a series link recording it may record the program one week then not the next.
    I have checked for software updates and I am told I have the latest version software. The signal quality and strength is over 98% on one tuner and 100% on the other.
    As you can imagine this is a very annoying fault so if there is anyone out there who can help I would really appreciate it.
