Sky box: trouble changing channels

    I got a new 1TB Sky Box installed at the start of the year. This problem only started a few weeks ago.

    The problem I have is when I go to channel 141 (BBC1) when I turn the box on. If I select the 'down channel' button to go to the previous channel (139 More4) , the box jumps to the last radio channel on the EPG channel 0214 instead. (If I press the 'up channel' to go to 142 BBC2 this works OK.)

    If I then go back to channel 141, then up to channel 142, then back down to 141 and then down to channel 139, everything seems to work OK.

    But if I go to BBC1 HD on Other Channels to watch the golf, then go back to channel 141, then go down a channel, it jumps to 0214 again! The original problem is back.

    Does anyone know a way of fixing this? I have powered off the box but this doesn't work.

    The box is still under warranty.

    Someone suggested to me to do a Planner Rebuild.

    I wonder if I do a Planner Rebuild would this affect the channels in Other Channels? Would I lose BBC1 HD? (There was a problem recently about people losing BBC1 HD on their Sky box.)
