I am looking for netting and burlap/hessian sacks in Dublin, also for a good surplus retailer.

I also want to fit a precision barrel to my Well L96, what size should it be? I bought it second hand and am new to all of this.

    Thanks

Try online, armysurplus in dublin and military surplus in bray for the netting and burlap
L96 barrel (500mm) I would highly recommend PDI
    http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/pdi-01-6-01mm-precision-barrel-10mm-outer-dia-for-marui-l96-aws-500mm.html
( I am 99% sure it will fit but I havnt tried myself so I can't say for sure )
I would also recommend upgrading the hop up unit to PDI
With a sniper rifle that has a 1 joule limit you want to do your very VERY best to outrange most of the M4's
Even if you have military experience you can find that airsoft sniping can get very boring and frustrating when alot of people are on about all the kills they got with their 500+ euro M4

Found some hessian at home focus at hickeys, fairly cheap as well - got the dye there as well. In the process of finishing of the gilly jacket as we speak. Many thanks for all the advice given.

Will put up some pics when I'm done - may take a while as there are literally thousands of knots to tie.
