The 7D and 8 would probably be your best bet. I will warn you that they aren't that frequent. However, given that you live at the tail end of the route, it should make planning your journey relatively straight forward. The aforementioned information won't be of much use to you if you are going there on a Saturday or Sunday. Nevertheless, here are links to the route timetables:

If you don't want a walk, take the 59 to the bottom of the Glenageary Road, and then switch to an outbound 7, 45a or 111.

Far greater number of departures with this too.
