Percussionist Wanted for Charity Busk

A few friends and I have been fund raising for Chernobyl Children International. mostly bucket collecting and organising events. We’re still a little below target so we decided to organise a charity busk on Grafton Street in order to drum up some funds and support.


Between us we have two guitars, a ukulele and I can sing, both of us have been playing for years and we’re pretty comfortable with the idea of busking.


What we really need is a percussionist, you don’t have to be John Bonham or anything, we just need someone who can keep the beat, it doesn’t really matter with what either.


We aren’t looking for major commitment, maybe one or two rehearsals before the day. We can provide transport if necessary and if we all have a laugh and its successful we may even hit a few more cities around Ireland.


If there are any mother musicians out there who might be interested you are more than welcome to pm me and pop along, we don’t have a bass player yet and we have a keytar and Stylophone handy.


Its all for a really good cause, so I hope I get a positive response.
