    Hi All,
Just wondering if anybody knows the cheapest way to do transport it.
Has anyone done it before for something similar, what did it cost.

    Many thanks...

From the UK? (excluding Northern Ireland I presume)? but the best way to transport it from Britain is by hiring a small low loader (self driven) if you are qualified? failing that have you got a tow bar?, by ferry using Stena Line would be my choice, but we need more detail from you first, like can you drive, can you drive thet type of vehicle, or do you want it transported for you? what part/region of the UK, etc etc . . .

The Lawn mower is in Buckingham, it shaped like a small tractor, its one of the bigger ones I guess, about 2.5m long by 1 meter wide by a meter high.

I drive a crewcab and it has a tow bar.

I've been quoted 280 sterling to have it delivered door to door. Just wondering if thats a good offer, or are others having stuff delivered at a better price.

Never had this done before, but that seems a reasonable price door-door

€280 from Buckingham sounds pretty good to me.

Can you get them to put it on a double pallet? I had a 1 ton subsoiler shipped from the UK for EUR 150. Just contact any of the pallet shipping companies. They will collect it and all for you.

had a ride on delivered from reading uk to galway for €350 with an irish courier company . it was the best price i could get and rang a good few places. if its secondhand all fluids will have to be drained from it before transport.
reilig what company carried a double pallet for €150?

I don't know actually. It was arranged by the seller and he just stuck the charge on my bill (£120). Will try to find out for you though!
